1. Who we are
Sonhovive is a game for iPhone, iPad and Android, made by L. M. PEREZ MONTANA, trade name SonhoLab, CNPJ 61.620.014/0001-00, Rua Fausto Cabral, 871, Casa A, Vicente Pinzon, Fortaleza/CE, 60181-227, Brazil ("SonhoLab", "we").
This notice covers the Sonhovive app and its website, sonhovive.sonholab.com. Our other services are governed by our Privacy Policy.
2. What the game does not collect
Sonhovive does not ask for or collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. It has no:
- accounts or sign-in;
- ads, analytics, crash reporting or tracking across apps or websites;
- third-party software that collects data;
- chat, voice or free text;
- in-app purchases.
You play without an internet connection. The game does not send us anything about you or how you play. On Android, it only checks whether there is a new version (section 4).
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
3. What stays on your device
The game saves on your device only:
- your settings: music and sound volume, language, joystick side, screen shake, damage numbers, vibration and reduced motion;
- your records: best wave and wins for each hero and each boss, and simple statistics such as runs played and enemies defeated;
- whether you have already seen the content notice shown when you first open the game.
We cannot see this information. Uninstalling the game deletes it. On iPhone and iPad, if you back up your device, Apple's backup may include it, depending on your backup settings.
4. New version check (Android)
On Android, each time you open the game, it checks sonhovive.sonholab.com for a newer version. The request contains no identifier and no data about you, your device or how you play. Like any website, our server records the IP address, date and time of the request. We keep these logs for 6 months for security and to comply with the law (in Brazil, the Marco Civil da Internet) and then delete them. We do not use them to contact anyone, to build profiles or to find out who you are.
If there is a new version, the game asks whether you want to download it. It never installs anything by itself, and the download opens in your browser, only from our website.
On iPhone and iPad, the game makes no connection: the App Store handles updates.
5. Android test version
While Sonhovive is not on Google Play, we offer a test version for Android that you download from our website (sonhovive.sonholab.com), not from an app store. This notice applies to it too, with these details:
- It has no purchases and no accounts.
- It uses only these Android permissions: vibration, and internet access, only to check for a new version (section 4). It never asks for your location, camera, microphone or contacts.
- The game's data is not included in Android's backup.
6. Our website and email
The website. sonhovive.sonholab.com uses no cookies, analytics or third-party content (even its font is hosted on our own domain); it only stores the language you choose in your browser, and that never leaves your browser. Like any website, our server records technical access logs (IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type). We keep them for 6 months for security and to comply with the law (Marco Civil da Internet) and then delete them.
Email. If you want to collaborate with us, the website links to our email, contacto@sonholab.com; there is no form. We keep that correspondence for 12 months from our last exchange.
7. Signing up as a tester
On our website (sonhovive.sonholab.com) you can sign up to take part in the closed test that Google Play requires before publishing the game (a temporary test of at least 14 days with at least 12 testers). If you sign up, we keep only the email address of your Google Account, the language of the page and the date and time you gave your consent, on a SonhoLab server. We do not keep your IP address or browser details in that list, and the page uses no cookies. We use your email only to add you as a tester in Google Play Console and to tell you about the test; never for advertising. To give you access to the test, we share your email with Google, which handles it under its own privacy policy. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We delete your email within 30 days after the test ends, or sooner if you ask us at contacto@sonholab.com. You must be an adult (18 or older) to sign up. This sign-up is temporary and closes when the test ends.
8. Links that open outside the game
When you tap a link in the game, such as this privacy notice, it opens in your browser. On sonholab.com, our Privacy Policy explains what our website records.
9. Your rights and how to delete your data
- Game data: uninstall Sonhovive. Copies in device backups remain until those backups are replaced or deleted.
- Tester sign-up and email: you can ask us to confirm whether we hold your data, and to access, correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to contacto@sonholab.com.
- Technical logs: they are deleted after 6 months. Because they hold only an IP address, we usually cannot link them to you.
We reply within 15 days. You can also contact your data protection authority, such as Brazil's ANPD or the authority of your EU country.
10. Age and content
Sonhovive is rated 16+. It does not collect data from anyone, including children: it has no ads, chat, contact with other players, purchases or paid random items ("loot boxes"), and it sends no notifications. Signing up as a tester is only for adults (section 7).
The game contains cartoon-style violence and sensitive themes from the 2017 protests in Venezuela. Its heroes are inspired by real people who died, with the written permission of their families; the villains are fictional. Parents can limit games and screen time with their device's parental controls: Screen Time on iPhone and iPad, and Family Link on Android.

12. Changes to this notice
If Sonhovive changes how it handles data, for example by adding online features or purchases:
- we will update this notice and the app store privacy labels before the change reaches you;
- we will change the version number below;
- we will tell you in the game.
