Inventory, production and dispatch for distributors and small factories: goods in boxes or pallets, daily production, orders per customer, tracked parcels and reports.
Verita brings the whole school into one system: the principal sees how the school is doing, the office enrols students and keeps each student's record, teachers take attendance, enter grades and publish homework and online exams, and families and students follow everything from their own panel.
Report cards come out as PDFs ready to hand out, messages between the school and families are kept on record, and tuition fees are invoiced and tracked with an overdue-payments report.
Each school has its own address, verita.sonholab.com/your-school, and its own database. You can start for free, with nothing to install, or first walk through the demo with a sample school.

What counts as a user? Only the people on your team who sign in. Whoever pays you or receives your service (your customers, patients, students or families) does not count.
The interface is in Portuguese and Spanish; English is available, with some screens still in Spanish. The language is set per school. There is no mobile app: it is used from the phone's or computer's browser. Tuition fees are recorded and tracked; online payment is not included. In Verita the plans do not count users: the school registers its staff, families and students; the Free plan runs with the Verita brand and the paid plans add your name, your logo and your domain. Data is stored on servers in the European Union.
