Merge and Split PDF

Combine several PDFs into one or pull pages out. All in your browser, nothing uploaded.

Drag two or more PDFs here or click to choose them

Processed in your browser, never uploaded to any server.

Merging and splitting PDFs solves two everyday problems: you have five files that should be one, or a long document where you only need a few pages. You can do both here, right in your browser, with no account and without the file ever leaving your computer.

How to merge or split a PDF

    1. Load your files

Drag one or more PDFs into the box, or click to browse your computer. They open inside the browser and are never sent to a server.

    2. Reorder or separate

To merge, arrange the files in the order you want. To split, pick the pages you need to pull out of the original document.

    3. Download the result

Click the button and save the finished PDF, or the separate pages, straight to your computer. No watermark and no waiting.

    What people use it for

    • The signed contract comes back scanned in three parts and has to go to the client as a single file.
    • An office manager closes out the month by combining invoices, receipts and payment slips into one PDF.
    • Out of an 80-page manual you only need chapter 4, so you pull it out before sending it over WhatsApp.

    Frequently asked questions

Is it free, or is there a file limit?

It's free, and there's no limit on how many files you process or how often you use it. We don't ask for an account, an email or a card, and the PDF you download has no watermark. Since your own browser does the work, there's no queue either.

What happens to my files? Are they uploaded to a server?

They aren't. The PDF is opened and processed inside your browser, on your own device, so it never travels over the internet and no copy ends up on a server of ours. That's why you can use it with contracts, invoices or personal documents.

Does merging or splitting lose any quality?

No. The pages are copied exactly as they are: nothing is recompressed or turned into an image, so text stays text and you can still select and search it. The final file weighs roughly the same as the originals put together.

Do I need to install a program or extension?

No. It runs in the browser you already have, on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android or iPhone. On phones with little memory, a PDF of several hundred pages can take a long time or stall halfway, and a computer is the better option.

    Can I merge a password-protected PDF?

No. If the file asks for a password, that protection has to be removed before you merge or split it. Digital signatures aren't kept either: rearranging the pages invalidates the signature, so the final document has to be signed again.
