Convert & Resize Image

Change the format and size of your images right in your browser, with no upload to any server.

Drag your image here or click to choose it

JPG, PNG or WEBP. Processed in your browser, never uploaded to any server.

When a photo is too heavy for an online form, or a store only takes JPG and your file is a PNG, this tool handles it in seconds: switch the format between JPG, PNG and WEBP, and set the width and height, keeping the proportions if you prefer. It all happens inside your browser.

    How to convert an image

    1. Pick your image

Drag the image onto the box or click to browse your device. It opens inside your browser and never travels to a server.

    2. Set format and size

Pick JPG, PNG or WEBP and type the width or height you need. Leave the ratio locked so the image doesn't stretch.

    3. Download the result

Check the preview and download the converted image. You can repeat the process with another photo as many times as you like.

    When it comes in handy

    • You're adding a product to your online store and the catalog only accepts JPGs 1000 pixels wide.
    • You need to email a batch of photos and the attachment won't fit: saving them as WEBP cuts the size a lot.
    • The school or the bank asks you to upload a photo in a form at one exact size in pixels.

    Frequently asked questions

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. The conversion uses your own browser's canvas, so the image opens and is processed on your device and never travels over the internet. We don't see it or store it, and no copy ends up in any cloud.

Is it free? Is there a limit on how many images?

It's free, there's no limit on files, and the result comes out with no watermark. You don't need an account either. Since the work is done by your device and not by a server of ours, there's no queue and no reason to charge you by volume.

Do I need to install any software?

No. It runs in the browser you already have, on a computer, tablet or phone. There are no apps or extensions to install: open the page, pick your image and download the converted file.

Does the image lose quality when I convert it?

JPG and WEBP compress, so you may notice something on images with fine text or very sharp lines; PNG keeps everything but weighs more. And shrinking the size really does drop pixels: if you enlarge the image later, they don't come back.

What happens to transparency when I save as JPG?

JPG doesn't support transparency, so the transparent areas of a PNG or a WEBP get filled in with a solid color. If you need to keep the background transparent, pick PNG or WEBP as the output format.
