They can, if you mix photos with very different aspect ratios and force one fixed width and height: the tool fits every image to those exact dimensions, but it doesn't do smart cropping to preserve the subject's framing. For the best results, use images that already share a similar aspect ratio, or leave some margin around the subject.
Which output formats can I choose from?
